Image, mood and pose references are ideal for guiding me into the direction you'd want unless you want me to have entire freedom of choice with the piece.

Character limit is 2. After the limited amount, it'll be full price for each additional character.

Commissions are done digitally and the completed version will be sent digitally; no physical shipment required.

Clients are welcome to print the commission themselves for display. I do not print the work.

Client may post and share the work, but must give credit to me either via tags in social media @sunnyaliceart directing to my website alicechrosny.com.

Commissions are for personal use ONLY (profile pictures, desktop or phone wallpapers, decoration, anything in that realm).

You, the Client, DO NOT have the right to resell your commission for profit or pay someone else to edit the completed product or sketch phase.

You, the Client, agree to NOT remove the signature of the product.

You, the Client, DO NOT have the right to mint or sell your commission for NFTs.

You, the Client, DO NOT have the right to submit my art to be used in AI generation

I DO NOT accept Cryptocurrency of any kind. Any attempt to pay with it will be denied and further attempts will result in a block and blacklist.

Watermarked version of the product will be posted to my social media accounts unless asked not to. Please state if you, the Client, wish to be tagged in social media or not.

Payments are in USD.

I only accept payment through Paypal via invoice.

Payment must be upfront. Work doesn't start until full payment is received.

Listed prices are not final and are subject to change depending on the complexity of the requested character. Final prices are discussed with Client and once the Client has agreed on price, will then be sent an invoice to pay so that work may begin.

If I choose to cancel the commission, I will refund the full amount, regardless of work completed.

If Client wishes to cancel the commission, the refund amount will be based on how much work has been completed before the cancellation.

All pieces will have a flat or simple color in the BG unless asked otherwise.

Before the lineart and color stage, the Client will receive a sketch for approval. This is the only chance where major changes can be made.

Redlines are fine in the sketch phase, but only two major revisions are allowed.

Once the sketch is approved, I will continue the piece until completion.

Changes will not be allowed after the sketch phase.

If the Client would like a major change after the sketch phase, it'll be a $40 charge per major change.

Once the commission has been finished, approved and delivered, further changes will no longer be allowed.

Commissions are estimated to be done within 1-3 months unless stated otherwise. If a life event happens, I will update the commissioner if a delay will be in effect.

Please be patient and please avoid excessive check-ins on the process as that actually slows me down.
